The Raffles City Hangzhou project is located in the core area of Qianjiang New Town, Jianggan District, Hangzhou. It covers an area of approximately 40,000 square meters and has a construction area of approximately 400,000 square meters. It consists of a podium shopping mall and two comprehensive super malls integrating offices and hotels. Composed of high-rise towers. Tower 1 has 60 floors above ground, with a main roof height of 242.85 meters, and a total height of approximately 250 meters; Tower 2 has 59 floors above ground, with a main roof height of 244.78 meters, and a total height of approximately 250 meters. The design of this project is novel and unique. The selection of the vertical structure system and floor structure system makes the structure have sufficient earthquake resistance and comfort. In terms of architecture, the frame sloping columns on the periphery of the structure make the visual impact of the entire building structure stronger.
Xi'an Greenland Center is located at the intersection of Jinye Road and Zhangba 2nd Road in Xi'an West High-tech Central Business District. It has a total building height of 270 meters, a construction area of approximately 170,000 square meters, 3 underground floors and 57 floors above ground. The steel structure mainly includes the outer frame steel structure of the tower, stiff steel columns and steel beams within the core tube, outrigger trusses, buckling restraint supports, and curtain wall trusses at the top of the tower. This project is the first super high-rise prefabricated steel structure building in the northwest region and the first super high-rise building in China to adopt an external frame steel structure system. This project gives full play to the advantages of prefabricated steel structures and achieves goals such as shortening the construction period, improving quality, saving energy and reducing emissions.
