Product characteristics
Steel sheet pile driving methods are generally divided into single driving method, double-layer purlin pile insertion method and segmented repeated driving method. The steel sheet pile driving method alone is suitable for steel sheet pile support construction where the pile length is less than 10m and the engineering requirements are not high.
Product advantages
The double-layer purlin pile insertion method is to first install double-layer purlin (steel fence of a certain height) brackets on both sides of the axis of the pile, and then insert the steel sheet piles into the double-layer purlin space in sequence.

Storage:
1. When stacking, future construction must be taken into consideration, and the order, location, direction, and plane layout of the stacking of steel sheet piles must be appropriately determined. The first used part is placed on the outside, and the parts used later can be placed inward. This is to facilitate transportation when in use.
2. Different types of steel sheet piles should be placed separately and should not be stacked at will. They should be classified according to different specifications, lengths, etc., and the stacking places should be marked so that they can be easily found when using. Sheet pile.
3. Steel sheet piles should be stacked in layers. Generally, the number of each layer should not exceed 5. In addition, sleepers should be placed between each layer. The distance between sleepers is generally 3 to 4 meters, and the upper and lower piles must be ensured. The sleepers on each layer should be on the same vertical line, and the total height of the stack should generally not exceed two meters.
