PRODUCT PRODUCTION PROCESS

The production process of hot-rolled pile sheet usually includes the following steps:

Raw material preparation: First, raw materials need to be prepared, usually using high-quality steel as raw materials. These steels need to be inspected and classified to ensure they meet production requirements.

Heating and rolling: The raw materials are heated to bring them to the appropriate temperature and then rolled through the rolling mill. In this process, the steel is processed into a Sheet Pile and rolled through multiple passes through different rollers to ensure that the shape and size of the final product meet standard requirements.

Cooling and shaping: After rolling, the steel needs to be cooled to stabilize its structure and properties. At the same time, shaping and trimming are also required to ensure that the product has a smooth surface and accurate dimensions.

Inspection and packaging: The completed sheet pile machine need to undergo strict quality inspection, including inspection of appearance quality, dimensional deviation, chemical composition, etc. Qualified products will be packed and ready to be shipped.

Factory and transportation: The final product will be loaded onto the truck and shipped out of the factory, ready to be shipped to the customer site for use. Care must be taken to protect the product during transportation to avoid damage.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

1. Container transportation
Container transportation is a common way to transport steel sheet piles and is suitable for smaller steel sheet piles. This transportation method is economical, efficient, and is not affected by weather, road conditions and other factors. However, large steel sheet piles are not suitable for container transportation due to their large size and difficulty in meeting the size restrictions of containers.
2. Bulk transportation
Bulk transportation means placing the steel sheet piles naked on the vehicle and transporting them without any packaging. The advantage is that it can save transportation costs to the greatest extent, but there is also the risk of damage. Reinforcement measures need to be taken to reduce the risk, such as using tie-down straps to fix the steel sheet piles to the vehicle, and the vehicle should be able to withstand the weight load.
3. Flatbed truck transportation
Flatbed truck transportation refers to loading steel sheet piles on flatbed trucks for transportation. The advantage is that it is safer than bulk transportation and can transport larger-sized steel sheet piles. At the same time, this mode of transportation also requires the use of different types of flatbed trucks based on the length and weight of the steel sheet piles, such as retractable flatbed trucks and low flatbed trucks.
4. Railway transportation
Railway transportation refers to installing steel sheet piles on special railway vehicles for transportation. The advantages are fast speed and relatively low cost, and it can also ensure transportation safety. However, special attention needs to be paid to strengthening the fixation and controlling the transportation speed during transportation to reduce damage during transportation.
